The Technical Sales Lab is a newly established network of stakeholders for selling technical products and solutions (digitally). The aim is to bring the perspectives of networking, teaching, researching and communicating together.
The facts are obvious: First: framework of business and settings changed to "technical and digital sales" and second: "selling technical and digital goods" is relevant in the economy. Resulting challenges are joint topics for communication and working environment, use of media, methods, and so on. Universities and companies are facing the same challenges, which have - so far - only marginally affected research. This is the interdisciplinary starting point of the Technical Sales Lab: merging research, teaching and applications.
The concept is the integration of "networking and projects" on the one side and "research and teaching" on the other side in the Technical Sales Lab. Rooted in the Düsseldorf UA, it is a joint location for technical and digital sales activities, a place to collaborate within an agile working and communication framework.
