​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​The Technical Sales Lab is a newly established network of stakeholders for selling technical products and solutions (digitally). It aims to bring together the perspectives of networking, teaching, researching and communicating.​

The facts are obvious:​ First: framework of business and settings changed to "technical and digital sales" and second: "selling technical and digital goods" is relevant in the economy. Resulting challenges are joint topics for communication and working environment, use of media, methods, ad so on. Universities and companies are facing the same challenges, which have - so far - only marginally affected research. This is the interdisciplinary starting point of the Technical Sales Lab: merging research, teaching and application

The concept is the integration of "networking and projects" on the one side and "research and teaching" on the other side within the Technical Sales Lab. Rooted in the Düsseldorf UA, it is a joint location for technical and digital sales activities, a place to collaborate within an agile working and communication framework.

​​The perspective of teaching is ​mapped in "methods and concepts" as well as "modules and participants". These elements form the core of the teaching activities of the Technical Sales Lab.​

​Research and development of new approches will be nestled within the three circles of technical / digital - sales - teaching. New aspects and perspectives are welcome and will lead to further development in these areas.

Networking is the key facotor keeping things together. We will rely on our partners, our interest in technical and digital sales and new solutions clings us together. Besides bilateral or singular projects, the networking concept consists of conferences, proceedings, podcasts and further joint activities supporting the ​exchange.​
